It didn't take very long for the Red Bulls new leadership to make changes after last night's playoff exit.

Less than 24 hours after the Red Bulls were eliminated from the playoffs at the hands of arch rival D.C. United, changes have come at Red Bull Arena.

This afternoon it was announced Andy Roxburgh was taking the reins as Sporting Director where he will, according to the press release, "be responsible for all soccer activities at the club."

Later, the team announced the Scandinavian coaching contingent of Hans Backe and Jan Halvor Halvorsen (I'll miss typing that name) will not be offered extensions and that Mike Petke will take over on an interim basis.
