Red Bulls Sign Victor Palsson

PrintPending a visa application, 20-year-old midfielder Victor Palsson will suit up for the Red Bulls this season.
Last season the Icelandic international was with SPL side Hibernian, and before that was with Liverpool, who loaned him to League One Dagenham and Redbridge in 2010.
In an interview on Extra Time Radio, Erik Soler said Palsson was physical, good on his feet with good size. He seems to think he could be the team's defensive midfielder of the future.

Sounds good to me, I know nothing about the guy but one more fella from Scandinavia (does Iceland count?) should do just fine for us.
