Although the paperwork is still being processed, the paperwork is likely to be completed and the loans made official in the next few days.
However, Kerr has confirmed the signing on her social media recently, tweeting pictures of her with her Perth Glory teammates and wearing team gear.

Kerr, an Australian native and member of the Australian women’s national team, first played for Perth from 2008-2011 before returning to her hometown team in 2014. Since her return, Kerr has been named captain for the team.
It was with Perth last season that Kerr suffered a left ankle injury, requiring reconstructive surgery, causing her to miss the majority of the W-League’s 2015-2016 season and sit out the first seven games of Sky Blue FC’s 2016 season.
Once healed, Kerr immediately made an impact for Sky Blue, scoring on her first touch in just her second match back, helping Sky Blue defeat the Washington Spirit 2-1 on June 25. She would go on to score four more goals in four consecutive matches, her five goals result in Kerr being named the team’s Golden Boot Award recipient for the second year in a row.
Joining Kerr at Perth is midfielder Stanton, who played for the Australian club in its 2015-2016 season. Stanton is no doubt returning for a second season Down Under to get some additional competition under her belt. This season, Stanton saw just four starts in 12 matches played, totaling 412 minutes on the field for Sky Blue.
Perth Glory also announced that Kerr and Stanton’s colleagues in the NWSL, Chicago Red Stars Vanessa DiBernardo and Alyssa Mautz, would also be playing for the team this season.
Perth Glory FC’s 2016/2017 season kicks off on Sunday, November 6.
