The New York Red Bulls return to the Cathedral of Football tonight to face the Colorado Rapids in a game that some RBNY fans are calling "must-win". While there are no "must-win" games in MLS in late spring, and I'd rather be in top form at the end of September instead of May, tonight's match is a pretty significant one, given the Red Bulls' recent form and the fact that this will be the final game for players heading to the Gold Cup.
On the bright side, New York can re-take top spot in the Eastern Conference with a win, and with the Los Angeles Galaxy hosting the Houston Dynamo, the Red Bulls can make up some ground or build up a gap on their Supporters' Shield and Conference title rivals. (Did that sentence make any sense? I think you guys are smart enough to figure it out.) Avery will post the lineups when they're out because I'm going to the Cathedral.

Kickoff is at 8 PM, and the game is on MSG+ if you're not heading out to Red Bull Arena. Make something happen guys.
