Bradley Wright-Phillips seems like the strike partner Thierry Henry has been lacking since Luke Rodgers left town (and wasn't allowed back), but it doesn't look like the two will be working together any time soon.
The hamstring injury that took Wright-Phillips out of the Red Bulls match-up with FC Dallas and last week's draw with the Seattle Sounders will keep him out of this Saturday's clash with the New England Revolution, and possibly more.\
Franco Panzio at MLSsoccer.com reported earlier this week that Head Coach Mike Petke said the English striker is "definitely" out this weekend.
Joining him? Roy Miller, who is still nursing an Achilles injury, and Connor Lade, who has been out with one injury or another most of the year.
Saturday's match is an important one, and Wright-Phillips' absence might hurt, but Fabian Espindola -- who played fairly well despite being on an island for most of the Sounders game -- should be a more-than-adequate replacement.
