When the Andy Roxburgh/Jorge Campos brain trust picked up Jamison Olave, it was to shore up a backline that gave up more goals than all but two Eastern Conference teams (Toronto FC and the Montreal Impact) and all but one playoff team (LA Galaxy). It wasn't for offense. But there he is, the big Colombian centerback, with the most goals on the team and the fifth most in the league.
So at this critical (read: arbitrary) juncture, let's make a list. A list, albeit a partial one, of all the players and teams with fewer goals than Jamison Olave.
Eddie Johnson
Graham Zusi
Jairo Arrieta
Darren Mattocks
Jerry Bengtson
Alan Gordon
Sherjill MacDonald
Blas Perez
Eric Hassli
Will Bruin
C.J. Sapong
Justin Braun
Lionard Pajoy
Chris Pontius
Dwayne De Rosario
And last but not least...
