RBNY in College: End of Year Awards Roundup

Recognizing our college players that got deserved awards this year.

Noah K. Murray-USA TODAY Sports

As the college season has come to an end, what better time to look back at the college season and how the New York Red Bulls' academy graduates have fared. This season has seen Adam Najem and Akron made it to the semifinals of the College Cup, only falling in penalties to the eventual champions Stanford, while recent signing Brandon Allen has been named a Hermann Trophy finalist for his outstanding play. It has seen Cameron Harr, Derrick Etienne, and Juan Sebastian Sanchez take the college game by storm, and it has seen at least six former college players turn pro and sign homegrown deals with New York.
