Two New York Red Bulls called into United States U-18 National Team

Defenders Marcello Borges and Kyle Duncan of the New York Red Bulls Academy U-18s were called into the United States U-18 National Team. Head coach Javier Perez named a 20-man roster that will train in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Here's the full roster:

DEFENDERS (6): Marcello Borges (New York Red Bulls; Kearny, N.J.), Kyle Duncan (New York Red Bulls; Brooklyn, N.Y.), Justen Glad (Real Salt Lake; Tucson, Ariz.), Pablo Pelaez (San Diego Surf; San Diego, Calif.), Mauricio Pineda (Chicago Fire; Bolingbrook, Ill.), Tommy Redding (Orlando City SC; Oviedo, Fla.)

Borges is committed to the University of Michigan and has an Academy roster spot with New York Red Bulls II in USL.

Duncan is committed to Monmouth University and played with the U.S. U-18s at the 2015 Copa Chivas Tournament in early February.

A source informed Once a Metro that Kyle Duncan recently spent time training with Ligue 1 power Paris Saint-Germain. It is unknown whether or not it was considered a trial.
