Kemar Lawrence and Bradley Wright-Phillips named to MLS Team of the Week

The Red Bull have two players in MLS's official lineup of its week's best.

Perhaps no great surprise that Bradley Wright-Phillips is in the official MLS Team of the Week after his two-goal contribution to the New York Red Bulls' win over New York City FC.

This is the striker's third nomination to the league's Team of the Week this season, tying him with Lloyd Sam as RBNY's most frequently applauded player by MLS's weekly round of official praise.

In Week 3, RBNY saw BWP, Sam and Dax McCarty named to the official weekly best eleven of MLS. In Week 4, BWP and Damien Perrinelle made the grade. Sam was on the TotW again in Week 6 and Week 7.

Kemar Lawrence in also in the Week 10 selection: his first appearance in TotW of the season. Inevitably, if he continues to play at the level he has consistently provided since his RBNY debut, he will have a few more such accolades to his name before the year is over.

Congratulations, BWP and Taxi!
