Sky Blue aim to get their second win of the season against the Houston Dash. Earlier this season Sky Blue played to a 1-1 tie against the Dash at SBFC's home opener. The team looks to stop a run of 6 games without a win, going 0-3-3 since the season opener.
Sky Blue is coming off a 1-1 draw against the Boston Breakers. After taking a 1-0 lead, Sky Blue gave up a goal in the 60' minute to Boston, giving the home squad one points. A win against Houston could move Sky Blue up to 5th place on the season.
The depth of the team will be tested as multiple players will be away on Women's World Cup duty. The 2015 WWC starts in one week on June 6.
