RECAP New York Red Bulls U23s tie Ocean City Nor'easters

A scoreless draw in the picturesque beach town.

The New York Red Bulls U23s (4-2-2) played the Ocean City Nor'easters (4-3-1) to a scoreless draw in front of 309 fans at Carey Stadium in Ocean City, New Jersey.

The U23s had the best scoring opportunity of the match when Brian White (PDA/Duke University) saw his point blank header save by Ocean City keeper Tim Dobrowolski in the 86th minute.

The Nor'easters outshot the Baby Bulls 6-5. Evan Louro (Red Bulls Academy/University of Michigan) made three saves in the shutout.

The last time these two teams played, Ocean City beat the Baby Bulls, 3-1, on May 27th at the Red Bulls Training Facility. The New York Red Bulls U23s are currently in 4th place in the Mid Atlantic Division of the PDL.

The Red Bulls U23s' next match is against the Baltimore Bohemians on Saturday, June 20th at Bonvegna Field in Baltimore, Maryland. They have six matches remaining in their 14-match PDL season.
