Darren Meyer is the new Director of Marketing Partnerships and Premium Services for the New York Red Bulls.
The team announced in a release that Meyer was hired on June 9th. He will work to bring the Red Bulls new "premium seating clients," sponsors, and partners. The deal with the Japanese diesel engine manufacturer was valued at over seven-figures and signaled that the team was willing to "push the limit" with new deals. Meyer will certainly have his work cut out for him.
