The New York Red Bulls Academy U-13s won the National Premier League National Championship with a 2-0 win over St. Louis Scott Gallagher-Missouri.
They went a perfect 5-0 at Nationals, going 3-0 in group play. The Red Bulls defeated FC Stars of Massachusetts (9-1), Saint Louis Scott Gallagher-Illinois (6-1), and FC Alliance (5-0) to start the tournament; they handled FC Boulder Elite, 6-0, in the semifinal.
The team went an impressive 16-1-2 during the regular season while playing in the Northeast Pre-Academy League. They advanced to the national finals after beating Albertson SC (4-1) and the Cedar Stars Academy (3-2) in the league playoffs.

The next generation of Red Bulls talent has started their time in the Academy at the top of the mountain. Hopefully they continue to develop and win trophies as they progress through the system.

There are a few national championships in youth soccer: US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer, the National Premier League, and so forth. But you can assume that if there was a "unified belt," this Red Bulls U-13s team would most likely win it.
