The New York Red Bulls couldn't hold onto their early lead and lost to the Columbus Crew SC 2-1 on Saturday to continue their Fourth of July Curse.  They look to rebound at home on July 11th against the New England Revolution who are only one point ahead of them in the Eastern Conference.  Most of the teams are at least halfway through their 34-game schedule, so having 2nd through 9th place in the East separated by only six points could be dangerous down the road.  The Red Bulls need to gather their wins now to put some distance between themselves and their opponents and close the gap with D.C. United who are 11 points clear or 2nd place.

I recommend to buy Dax McCarty.  Dax didn't travel with the team for the Crew match, so he'll be rested when the Revs come to town.  He should be ready for Lee Nguyen, who is a bit down for the year by his standards, but is always a threat.  Also buy Matt Miazga.  The Red Bulls will need to turn to him while his teammates are gone during July for the Gold Cup.  Lastly, grab Anatole Abang.  He has 3 goals and an assist in his last 5 games.

Bag Karl Ouimette.  He left for Canada's Gold Cup campaign.  Hold on to Kemar Lawrence, but don't bag him yet.  He should get the start against the Revs, but he'll leave shortly after that for Jamaica.  Bag Ronald Zubar.  He seems to have the injury bug again.  Timetable for his return is up in the air.
