Montreal Impact heading into Harrison at full strength

The New York Red Bulls' opponent has declared itself fully fit for the upcoming Eastern Conference semifinal second leg at Red Bull Arena.

Despite a scare or two during the preceding week, Montreal Impact traveled to Red Bull Arena with a full squad, per reports out of Canada on Saturday.

Patrick Friolet reports for RDS.ca that IMFC head coach Mauro Bielle declared all his players were healthy for the second leg of the 2016 MLS Eastern Conference Semifinal. That is expected to mean starts for in-form striker Matteo Mancosu and midfield linchpin Hernan Bernardello.

The biggest name in the squad, Didier Drogba, is expected to be an off-the-bench option for L'Impact. Per TVA Sports, Biello would appear to have reconciled past differences with his star forward:

Drogba will be available. I am glad I have, this is a great champion who wants to win and can score goals.

And defender Laurent Ciman is promising a positive approach from his team:

We will not go there and simply defend. We will try to score and play soccer. Do not go there just to defend, otherwise you will regret it.

Montreal is very good at playing the bunker-and-counter game that is most effective at neutralizing RBNY's RalfBalling ways.

It will be a surprise if L'Impact deviates from that game-plan, but sitting back and waiting for the opportunity to break should not be misinterpreted as a negative tactic. The Red Bulls leave a lot of space behind them as they seek to corner their opponents high up the field. IMFC will seek to get the ball behind RBNY's defense quickly on the break and to fill the space behind the back line with runners. And Mauro Biello has a fully-fit roster to choose from, as he tries to guide Montreal to the result that will carry his team through to the Eastern Conference final.
