As we already know the Red Bulls are in a two loss hole to start the season after going goalless and allowing five, something has to change drastically and three points at home can be the cure. But the Houston Dynamo are coming to town and got off to a solid start with Owen Coyle coming off a three all draw against the Revolution and a five goal thrashing over Texan rivals in FC Dallas.

So what is the game plan for Marsch and the Red Bulls for this upcoming match at the weekend, well none other than Bradley Wright-Phillips who once again will have the color orange on the brain as he will be ready to face the club he has scored the most goals against in his brief time in Major League Soccer.

"I don't know. I've been fortunate, but they have always fought well at the start of the season." said Bradley, "They have scored a lot of goals to start the season, it's going to be a tough challenge but I'll take a goal."

In eight games including the 2013 Eastern Conference Semi-Finals BWP has scored seven goals and two assists on the Dynamo including back in 2014 where he scored a hat trick on April 23rd and finished it off with a flourish as Thierry Henry gave him the ball and converted the spot kick.

Of course Jesse Marsch has to make sure his side are not discouraged starting on an 0-2 record and being back at Red Bull Arena is always a positive. "We are excited to be back home again, get our season going a little bit. We have been successful at home." said Marsch, "But they are aggressive and they will be a dangerous side when they come over, so we need to be aggressive ourselves and match it."

But the big story that everyone is excited for is the return of Gonzalo Veron as he is coming off that right-hamstring injury he suffered after the last pre-season game down in Jacksonville against the NASL's Armada. "It's great to have Gonzalo back and he makes us more of a dangerous team. He and Bradley(Wright-Phillips) had a very good paring in the pre-season and they will become dangerous again. The nice thing about it is that Gonzalo is very aggressive and can play behind the back line and give room to not just Bradley, but to our other attacking players. This will be the first time we will look at them playing together in the regular season."

But when you are trying to get your first win of the season, you need to make sure that you don't fall behind and Sacha Kljestan knows very well what the club needs to do to avoid that. "We just had a couple of talks this week about that and that was about commitment. Commitment on Style, Tactics and how we play for each other so we don't make any mistakes." said Kljestan, "We made a few mistakes that are errors and we allowed goals on those errors so we need to stay focused. We aren't happy that we lost our first two games of the season, but we need to be better and make it right."

So the Red Bulls are ready to make a stand and try to earn their first win of the 2016 season before the international break comes our way with those two World Cup Qualifiers the USA has to play against Guatemala. For the club it's a must win and get a mental monkey off their backs.
