After a fantastic performance on the weekend that saw him notch two assists and a goal, Derrick Etienne has been named to this week's USL Team of the Week.

Mali striker on trial with team:

According to BigAppleSoccer's Kristian Dyer, New York Red Bulls II have another trialist in camp. Mali U17 striker, Dramane Simpara, joined the team in training on Monday on a trial basis. Simpara was part of Mali's U17 squad which lost in the finals of last year's U17 World Cup. He played three of his country's seven games in the tournament, starting the quarter and semi-finals, though ultimately did not see the field as his team lost to Nigeria in the Finals.
