The New York Red Bulls U-23 team has a game coming up. Soon: 7:30 pm today. In a competition of some significance: US Open Cup. So it seems like a good idea for the club to get a squad together for it.
In the nick of time, slightly more than 24 hours before the U-23s kick off in USOC 2016, RBNY announced that it does actually have a roster ready for the match.
Twenty-five players have been named as members of this season's RBNY U-23 squad.

The U-23s will start their Premier Development League season on May 21, and it is thanks to PDL's efforts to keep its fans informed that we got advance notice of RBNY's intentions for this roster.
The club's official roster adds three names to those already released by PDL: Academy graduates Andrew Lombard and Kevin Politz, and David October, an Englishman who was a youth prospect with Ipswich Town before moving to UNC.
