Giuseppe Rossi is back in the league where he has enjoyed greatest success in his career. The 29-year-old move to Fiorentina in 2013 from Villareal. When things weren't working out in Serie A, Rossi was loaned back to a La Liga club - Levante - last season. Levante was relegated, Rossi went back to Fiorentina - and now he has been loaned out to the a Spanish top-flight club once again.
Celta Vigo announced Rossi's arrival with a succession of Tweets, tracking his transfer over the course of the last few days:

The deal has been reported as a season-long loan - that will see out the remainder of Rossi's contract with Fiorentina - with the option of a further year with Celta Vigo.
The 29-year-old is always going to be linked to MLS if things don't seem to be working out in Europe: he was born and (mostly) raised in America, and he has politely endorsed the suggestion he might one day return to play in the USA.
But this move should lay such rumors to rest for a while.
