Jonny Steele currently plays for Miami FC in NASL. Tim Cahill is between jobs, having rejected a contract extension with Chinese Super League's Hangzhou Greentown.
The two players won a Supporters' Shield together with the New York Red Bulls in 2013. Steele left the club partway through the 2014 season; Cahill departed RBNY in early 2015.
They lead quite separate lives now. Steele is focused on his work for Miami (where has a couple of other former RBNY players alongside him: Jonathan Borrajo and Dane Richards are also on Miami's roster)...
