Once A Metro has a continuing affection for New York Red Bulls' Academy graduate Matt Miazga, whose contribution to RBNY's 2015 Supporters' Shield won him a big move to Chelsea.

He has since been loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem. The 21-year-old center back is no more a starter for Vitesse than he was for Chelsea at the moment, but he only arrived at the Dutch club at the end of August.

Since Miazga landed in the Netherlands, Vitesse has played three games. The former RBNY man watched his new team lose, 1-0, to Ajaz from the bench, as an unused sub in the match-day squad. He was on the bench again for the following match, a 2-0 home win for Vitesse over Go Ahead Eagles.

And he made his first team debut for his new team in its 7-2 victory over De Dijk in the KNVB Cup on September 22. In that game, Miazga subbed in at the 70th minute, with his side leading 5-2.

He shows up shaking hands at the end of this video.

Vitesse is next in action on September 25, on the road against Twente.
