Zeiko Lewis has a New York Red Bulls preseason training camp to focus on, so no great surprise that the talk of the 2017 MLS SuperDraft will not be representing his country on January 22 against Canada.
The Bermuda Football Association has named a 20-man squad to face Canada in friendly that finds both men's national team programs in a rebuilding phase.
Neither team has announced what might be regarded as a full-strength squad. For Bermuda, the match is being treated as an opportunity for some U-20 players to broaden their experience, in preparation for the CONCACAF U-20 Championship in February. For Canada - whose Men's U-20 team is currently in Panama - the game is more a chance to test some emerging talents in the player pool. Former RBNY defender Karl Ouimette was part of Canada's training squad, but did not make the final cut for the roster to play in Bermuda.
