Red Bull Rant 245: Grey Hairs and Growing Pains

At least we can relax a little this week.

MLS: Atlanta United FC at New York Red Bulls Noah K. Murray-USA TODAY Sports

When Atlanta United visited the New York Red Bulls, the biggest question was...would Own Goal be out for revenge? Thankfully that was not the case, but at the same time, no one scored in could be ironically a good 0-0 draw for the Red Bulls. They really had no chance of getting a home wild card game, so why not stay at #6 in the East?

It’s OK though, the Red Bulls can still play spoiler, if you want to call it that, against last place D.C. United in their last game at Robert F Kennedy Stadium in D.C. Will the Red Bulls put the final nail in the coffin for D.C. and take home the open cup, or is the new stadium mojo going to be too much? Guess we’ll find out on Sunday.

Opening: Happy Rock

Breaks & Closing: True Believers by Bouncing Souls
