In an interview with the Jamaica Observer, Lawrence revealed that he has one year left on his contract and that his current aim is to ply his trade in Europe. He also revealed that his agent was looking into a club in France that might work out for him, but stopped short of revealing which club - or even which division of French soccer.

Nigerian soccer outlet OwnGoalNigeria.com published an exclusive report on Monday claiming that 18-year-old Jerome Philip has signed a deal with the New York Red Bulls. Per the source, Philip turned down more money to play for teams in Norway and Czech Republic, and plans to join the team before the start of the 2018 MLS season.
Philip plays forward and is expected to join Nigeria’s Under-20 team for the 2019 African Youth Championship qualifying tournament.
