Sacha Kljestan may be coming back from the USMNT camp, but another Red Bulls star is heading out to represent the Yanks - midfielder Tyler Adams has been called to the Under-20 MNT's camp.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Soccer official website unveiled U-20 head coach Tab Ramos' 24-man roster for the 11-day camp before the CONCACAF U-20 Championship to be held in Costa Rica starting February 17. The squad features Red Bull wonderkid Tyler "AmeriKante" Adams.

Roster by position:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Jonathan Klinsmann (University of California; Newport Beach, Calif.), JT Marcinkowski (Georgetown; Alamo, Calif.), Brady Scott (De Anza Force; Petaluma, Calif.)

DEFENDERS (7): Hugo Arellano (LA Galaxy; Norwalk, Calif.), Justen Glad (Real Salt Lake; Tucson, Ariz.), Aaron Herrera (New Mexico; Casa Grande, Ariz.), John Nelson (Internationals SC; Medina, Ohio), Erik Palmer-Brown (Sporting Kansas City; Lee's Summit, Mo.), Tommy Redding (Orlando City SC; Oviedo, Fla.), Auston Trusty (Philadelphia Union; Media, Pa.)

MIDFIELDERS (8): Danny Acosta (Real Salt Lake; Salt Lake City, Utah), Tyler Adams (New York Red Bulls; Wappingers Falls, N.Y), Coy Craft (FC Dallas; Frisco, Texas), Jonathan Gonzalez (CF Monterrey; Santa Rosa, Calif.), Jeremiah Gutjahr (Indiana University; Bloomington, Ind.), Sebastian Saucedo (Real Salt Lake; Park City, Utah), Jonathan Suarez (Queretaro F.C.; Orange County, Calif.), Eryk Williamson (Maryland; Alexandria, Va.)

FORWARDS (6): Jeremy Ebobisse (Portland Timbers; Bethesda, Md.), Brooks Lennon (Liverpool F.C.; Paradise Valley, Ariz.), Jonathan Lewis (New York City FC; Plantation, Fla.), Victor Mansaray (Seattle Sounders FC; Des Moines, Wash.), Emmanuel Sabbi (UD Las Palmas; Libertyville, Ill.), Brandon Vazquez (Atlanta United FC; Chula Vista, Calif.)

The camp runs from January 31 through February 10, and at the end of the camp, 20 players will be selected to represent the U.S. in the U-20 Championship. Ramos will then pull from the international pool as well to make up his final unit to represent the Yanks in Costa Rica.

Adams was capped twice in friendlies with the U-20 team back in December, scoring a late goal as a sub in a 4-0 win over Costa Rica, then got the starting nod at midfield for a second friendly two days later. His play earned him an invite to Ramos' mid-January camp as well.

Born in 1999, Adams is the second-youngest member of Ramos' squad. If selected, he would join Matt Miazga as a notable Red Bull Academy star to have represented in the CONCACAF U-20 Championship (Miazga played in the 2015 edition).

Adams will celebrate his 18th birthday on February 14 - just four days before the U-20 Championship tournament. (Happy Birthday Tyler!)

Surprisingly, perhaps, the latest U-20 squad does not include Marcello Borges - another RBNY Academy product and rumored to be on the Red Bulls' list of Homegrown Player targets. Borges has been a fixture of U-20 squads for some time, but might be watching the CONCACAF Championship on TV.

We will find out when the final roster is named after February 10.
