How to watch Canada vs Honduras in the 2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championship: start time and live stream

There is reason for RBNY fans to be interested in this one.

Douglas Martinez himself is saying he will join New York Red Bulls II after the CONCACAF U-20 Championship, which means RBNY fans might have an interest in tuning in to the tournament from the start.

The opening game of the competition sees Honduras face Canada in what looks a lot like the Group A second-place playoff. Mexico is expected to win this group; Antigua and Barbuda is expected to struggle against every opponent: the runner-up spot (and a place in the next round for a shot at U-20 World Cup qualification) is thought to be between Honduras and Canada.

And this match should provide a first look at a future II-teamer. Martinez trialed with the Red Bulls last season, but this will be the first opportunity for fans to see if they can spot what it is that persuaded RBNY to offer him a contract.

The game will be streamed live on CONCACAF's Facebook page.
