First it was Dax McCarty being traded to the Chicago Fire. Now, it’s Ali Curtis and the New York Red Bulls “mutually” agreeing to part ways. Is there going to be any more movement of big names out of the Red Bulls’ camp?
Well, no time to dwell on those no longer with the team we suppose. The Red Bulls have already had preseason matches against New York City FC, the New England Revolution, the Portland Timbers, Real Salt Lake, and FC Tucson, but it’s time for the first official match of 2017.
The Red Bulls, in less than a week's time, will host the Vancouver Whitecaps in the first leg of their Quarterfinal matchup in the CONCACAF Champions League. Can the Red Bulls do something they couldn’t do last year and advance in a knockout tournament?
