The 61st overall pick of the 2017 SuperDraft, Jordan Scarlett, has signed a contract to play for New York Red Bulls II in USL this season, per the defender's alma mater, Iona College - or the person who runs the Twitter account of the college's Men's Soccer program, anyway:

NYRB II has been slow to announce new signings, but Scarlett joins a list of players expected to be with the team this year that includes Rafa Diaz, Evan Louro, and fellow RBNY 2017 draft pick Ethan Kutler.
The II team's season starts on March 25 (and single-game tickets are on sale now), so expect official statements on new players to pout out of the club by...well, by the time NYRB II kicks off against Pittsburgh Riverhounds at 5:00 pm next Saturday.
