The New York Red Bulls didn't get a lot of out their CONCACAF Champions League trip to play Vancouver Whitecaps, but Once A Metro got some fine photography of what it can be hoped will be RBNY's lowest moment of the 2017 season.
Many thanks to Stewart Johnstone for these images. Catch more of Stewart's work on his website.
The RBNY gang is all here: Sacha Kljestan, Bradley Wright-Phillips, Aaron Long, Aurelien Collin, Kemar Lawrence, Daniel Royer, Derrick Etienne, Luis Robles. There's even a glimpse of masked-man Alex Muyl. And, of course, the Red Bulls' traveling faithful.
Dig in: 52 images of RBNY's last CCL game of the season. (The competition's new format means the Red Bulls won't get started with the 2017-18 edition until next year.)
Thanks again to Stewart for making these images available to OaM. Makes us wish RBNY played Vancouver more often.
