The 12-team field has yet to be finalized, but "11 teams plus either Haiti or Nicaragua" is close enough for CONCACAF to go ahead and get a final schedule together for the 2017 Gold Cup.
The three groups of the Group Stage have been confirmed:

The top two from each group and the two best third-placed teams will advance to the quarterfinals.
The tournament starts on July 7, with a Group A double-header at Red Bull Arena. The final will be played at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara on July 26.

The draw means the US Men's National Team will have to wait until the end of March to know whether it has Haiti or Nicaragua in its group. But with respect to both teams - and both will be hoping to confound expectations if they qualify for the Gold Cup - neither will make great difference to the pre-tournament prediction that the USA will win Group B.
