It isn’t the first and might not be the last time we see Vincent Bezecourt in a USL 2017 Team of the Week this season. Bezecourt was influential in New York Red Bulls II’s 1-0 win over Richmond Kickers. He completed 73 percent of his passes and assisted on Brandon Allen’s goal and earned himself a place in the starting eleven for the USL’s Team of the Week for Week 11.

This is the fourth time Bezecourt has been selected to a USL Team of the Week this season and the third time he’s been in the starting eleven of one. It’s also the third consecutive week a NYRB II player has made the team of the week and the ninth time it’s happened this year.

Bezecourt has been one of the best playmakers in the USL this season and currently has six assists in 12 appearances this year, which is the best in all of the USL. In addition he’s tied for fourth in the USL for chances created with 25 and continues to supply his teammates.
NYRB II won their second straight game after defeating Richmond, and will look to add to it when they take on Louisville City on Sunday, June 11. Kickoff is at 4:00 pm.
