RBNY Mid-Week Review on Feuerstein’s Fire

Recapping the big five goal win from Wednesday Night.

RBNY Mid-Week Review Vs San Jose

Well how about that performance this past Wednesday night as the New York Red Bulls demolished the San Jose Earthquakes with a five goal thrashing to make a great performance by the side and back over the playoff red line.

Great goals from Sean Davis, Sacha Kljestan, Felipe and the two goals from Daniel Royer who did a goal celebration flip after his second goal and thankfully he didn't hurt himself on the second landing.

But this was a full ninety minute performance as it looks like they are coming around and turning their season for this long stretch of games that are remaining, the Red Bulls are starting to get red hot and on a big Open Cup run.

So after this match is already set and done the Red Bulls have a quick turnaround traveling to face Minnesota United FC this coming Saturday and then back home next Saturday against the Montreal Impact. Also more fixture congestion with the Semi-Finals of the US Open Cup coming very soon.

The trip to Yankee Stadium to face NYCFC and then waiting to see where they Red Bulls will travel for the US Open Cup Semi-Finals either at Miami or at Cincinnati. This should be an exciting and interesting time since the 2003 edition where this club went to the final and lost to the Chicago Fire.
