The will they, won't they saga of a USL Pro team seems to have reached a conclusion. SBI's Franco Panzio is reporting that the Red Bulls will be starting their own USL Pro franchise in 2015. The USL Pro team will be replacing the current reserve squad and meets MLS' requirement of a USL Pro affiliation by next year.
