NWSL draft 2015: Sky Blue FC selects Florida State's Kristin Grubka

Midfielder/Defender is 10th overall pick in the college draft.

Florida State University's Kristin Grubka became the 10th overall pick of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) draft as the Sky Blue FC used their second-round pick to select the midfielder/defender.

Grupka was an integral part of Florida State's national championship team in 2014. She led a backline that was one of the stingiest in the nation. The Seminoles became only the second team in NCAA history of not allow a goal in six tournament matches.
