MLS: Montreal Impact at New York Red Bulls Noah K. Murray-USA TODAY Sports

Hey, that Roy guy is pretty good! Wait, his name isn’t Roy Miller? What’s his name, Daniel Royer? Well, I guess that’s good, as long as he doesn’t put a free kick into the upper deck, he can call himself Roy all he wants, especially if the team manages to not drop a 2 goal lead. Granted, they never had a 2 goal lead against the Montreal Impact, but still, it’s an improvement.

Oh hey, the New York Red Bulls also had a CONCACAF Champions League match this week? A tie in CONCACAF on the road? That’s pretty decent. They won their group and will advance to the knockout rounds in the spring? That’s even better. They didn’t give up a two goal lead? Amazing!

Oh, Luis Robles tied his record for shutouts in a season and Dax McCarty is now the team leader for minutes played? Records are dropping all over this season.
