Anatole Abang started his second consecutive game for SJK in Finland's Veikkausliiga on May 6, and played his first full 90 minutes for the team.

Sadly, his presence on the field was not sufficient to shake SJK out of its current early-season slump. Home team FC Lahti won the match, 1-0.

SJK has taken just one point from its last four league games and has dropped to 10th in the 12-team Finnish top flight. It is still early in the season: SJK is only six points short of table-topping HJK, but it is a disappointing start for a team with title ambitions.
SJK next plays on May 12 against bottom club JJK.
