Red Bulls Mid-Week special on Feuerstein’s fire

Listen in live today at 1PM for a mid-week review special as the New York Red Bulls with a big surprise of a win at the New England Revolution, a house of horrors for the Red Bulls ever since the Revolution were born back in 1996.

It doesn’t matter if the Revolution played at the old Foxboro Stadium or at Gillette Stadium, they always found it difficult to go on the road and get the full three points against this side, but this time around a big late Gonzalo Veron tally does the job.

Also Bradley Wright-Phillips scored his ninth of the season as well as Daniel Royer converting a huge penalty to tie this match at two a piece. But if we are honest that first half wasn’t that good.

But the Red Bulls are now one down and one to go. With this surprise victory in league play, next week they will return to the Boston area as they face this same side again in the Quarterfinals of the 2017 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup on the campus of Harvard University.

This is where revenge might taken by the Revs, but if the Red Bulls can play better and score the same amount of goals they did against this side from last night then it could be a trip to the Semi-Finals.
