Luke Rodgers Held Up by Homeland Security? Wilman Conde in Mexico?
Dave Martinez, of Empire of Soccer fame, writes at Soccer By Ives that Luke Rodgers' visa is being held up by Homeland Security (!) and that Wilman Conde had to fly to Mexico to "sign a paper for his license."
Yeah, I don't know either.
