Bruce Arena Still Knows What's Up

You might've missed it, but on Saturday Chivas USA -- aka New York Red Bulls West -- earned their first SuperClasico victory in five years over the LA Galaxy, in Southern California's rather superficial local derby. Because, to be honest, aside from proximity, and the fact that Chivas kind of pays the Galaxy rent, there isn't much in the way of rivalry between the two teams, despite what they say.

But buried in that quote orgy is Bruce Arena, standing firm on the best rivalry in Major League Soccer: D.C. United-Red Bulls.

Arena: "For me, I would say D.C. United and New York."

In his time as an MLS coach, Arena experienced the rivalry first from the DC end, coaching there from 1996 until 1998, then from the New York end, coaching the Red Bulls for the 2006 and 2007 seasons.

Juninho pointed out the Red Bulls as the Galaxy's biggest rival, and the biggest rivalry he's ever been a part of.
