Add Necaxa - newly-promoted to Liga MX - to the list of clubs allegedly chasing legendary Uruguayan forward Diego Forlan.
The rumored interest would appear to have been first reported by Uruguayan journalist Wilson Mendez...

Forlan left Penarol - the team he supports and for whom his father played - a couple of weeks ago, and was almost immediately linked to a number of clubs, including Argentina's Independiente, Chile's Colo Colo, and the New York Red Bulls of MLS.
The rumors about Forlan's next move aren't getting any stronger, but they are proliferating: Necaxa is surely not the last team the well-traveled forward will be linked to before he reveals his intentions.
