It hasn't been the hottest start to USL 2017 for New York Red Bulls II, but the team got back to winning ways in Week 4 after back-to-back losses in Week 3. Though the II team's performances have been uneven over its first five games of the year, one player has stood out as consistently among the best on the field when he plays: Vincent Bezecourt is off to a flying start to 2017.
After registering his fourth goal and first two assists in the II team's 3-1 win over Orlando City B on April 14, Bezecourt currently leads his team in both the major statistical measures of attacking productivity.
And he has been included in the official USL Team of the Week for the third time in the four-week season (or the second time, if you want to be pedantic about the fact he was named to the bench of the Week 2 selection).
