PDL's second Top Prospects list of 2017 contains the same three New York Red Bulls U-23s as the first edition: goalkeeper Ben Lundgaard, attacking midfielder Brian White, and defender Kevin Politz.

Politz was ranked 33rd on the 50-man list of PDL's top-rated players in the last edition; he steps up to 32nd on the latest list. White has scored four goals and tallied one assist in five appearances for RBNY U-23s so far this season; he advances from 25th on the first Top Prospects list to 23rd on the most recent ranking.

Lundgaard has played every minute of every game for RBNY U-23s in PDL 2017 to date: five wins in which he has made 18 saves and kept two clean sheets. The Virginia Tech 'keeper was previously ranked 12th among PDL's top 50 prospects; he has now vaulted into the list's top 10, ranked 8th in the latest edition.

Lundgaard is the only 'keeper in the PDL Top Prospects top 10 - indeed, he is the only 'keeper inside the list's top 30 at the moment.

RBNY U-23s are off to a hot start in PDL 2017: they have won their first five games in the league's Mid Atlantic Division. The team chases its sixth win of the season on Sunday, June 11, against FA Euro New York at Belson Stadium. Kick-off is at 7:30 pm.
