The Brazil Men's National Team has named its squad for its September international friendlies, and the 24-man rosterincludes plenty of big names: Neymar, Hulk, Oscar, David Luiz, Dani Alves - and Kaka. The 33-year-old Orlando City playmaker is a somewhat surprising selection, though he was a standby pick for Brazil's 2015 Copa America squad and has made irregular appearances in Brazil squads in recent years, both for current head coach Dunga and his predecessor Felipe Scolari.
The New York Red Bulls, enjoying a quiet improvement in their marketing efforts this year, have cannily jumped on the Kaka bandwagon: announcing a Joga Bonito package that bundles a ticket to see Brazil play Costa Rica on September 5 and Orlando City's visit to Harrison on September 25. That's about as much Kaka as fans in this area can hope to see this season, unless Orlando and RBNY meet in the MLS playoffs.
